Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for S&OP operation plan and promoting cross-departmental collaboration;
2. Responsible for the improvement of the S&OP operation plan process, and output the monthly S&OP execution status;
3. Guide the transfer of business order management to demand management through differentiated services of forecasting and preparing materials;
4. Plan for the sales per month, coordinate resources to achieve sales tasks;
5. Solve the problems about delivery delays caused by capacity problems and supply problems, and providing follow-up solutions;
6. Assist the product department to provide data support and control SKU.
Job Requirements:
1.College degree or above, more than 5 years of work experience in business plan management, and rich work experience in demand forecast management, order management, and supply chain related management;
2. Experience in working in company that integrates with research, production and marketing. Be familiar with the work flow related to business plans such as sales, production, research and development;
3. Strong data sensitivity, proficient in office software, familiar with application functions and related statistical analysis tools.
